Sammy 's Deluxe brand is arrogance condescension with a side of misogyny. The place seemed cozy until the service, dictated by Sam, the chef/owner, ruined the meal and the evening. His approach to customers, evident in the instructions on the menu, is eat it 'my way or the highway '.Take my advice TAKE THE HIGHWAY! Fresh ingredients but the dishes were nothing special and lacked flavor. Believe me, there are MANY other restaurants in Rockland, and towns nearby, where you 'll find more interesting food, more respectful service.
