99 Restaurants - Rockland

Walked in at 1pm for lunch. Took 15 mins just to get drinks. By 145 our orders had been in for 30 mins and still hadn't recieved anything. Including the side salads that are customary to be served before the entree.Asked the manager for our salads and 1/2 were brought to the table. We decided it wasn't worth the frustration anymore and left. This is the 3rd 99 we have tried in the area and all the same the service is terrible. This visit will be my last. Really slow service, after our wait for anyone to show up to sit us at all. their were two other booths with two people in them so why so slow? My food upon arrival was charred and room temp vs hot. I noticed I did not feel that great after leaving and was sick for about 3 hours off and on. So my visit was not good.
