El Bamba - Rockford

I have a recommendation for this place, and this is that they should put some more spices in the food. Except it was good.

Wow! Blown with how rude they were! Would give 0 stars if that were an option! Never had such an experience in a restaurant. My husband, two daughters and I met my mother there for late lunch. After we got our drinks and ordered, someone came out of the back and asked us if it was our first time. We said: Yes, it is. So he made sure to add Make sure you don't make a mess while you're here... We hadn't got any food yet! The only thing that happened was my 2 years old, spiled some soda on the ground I woke up! When our server started bringing our food, I asked if they came in to avoid messing. He said we have when people are really creepy. I blinked on him and said: We haven't even got our food yet.... He said not to come here. We asked for boxes immediately, and the guy who was rude to us brought them for us together with our bill. He thanked me for ordering a Mike's Hard Lemonade, as he tries to get rid of it for 3 weeks. You two young people who obviously have NO customer service skills. We couldn't get out fast enough. There was also only one other table with people there! They had left the time when our food was delivered so that they were not even busy, not that each of us was surprised. Would never recommend it or go back.

Three times here. I've ordered different things every three times. Every time the food dripping wet in oil and fat. I mean, I mean, a firm puddle on the record. Food is also very bland. The worst Mexican food I ever had. Will never go back, this restaurant will never recommend. All these people ran and rode, obviously never had real Mexican food. ?

Not sure if this place or Albertville is the original El Bamba, but the flavors at the Albertville site are only marginally better spices and heat. Could have been a free Friday night for the cook, and it was bad, just not as tasteful as I had in other times of El Bamba Albertville. Always free chips and salsa to start you, but don't go overboard or you 't finish main dish! The #1 El Bamba Burrito California style is my favorite. A hulking burrito 12 end-to-end, barely fits on the plate! for a small price $13 can They easily take half home and not yet able to eat dessert. Friendly staff and beautiful outdoor terraces in both places. Best Mexican food for your Buck, Rockford or Albertville!

I am unbelievably disappointed in the quality of food. We tried 4 different things and the majority of it went into the garbage. For the $50 we paid, we expected a lot more. Seemed most of it came out if a can. It was an insult to Mexican cuisine.
