Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Rockford

First time I’ve been here and for the price it’s pretty disappointing. 3 of the 4 pieces of brisket were nothing but fat and not edible. They forgot items that came with the meals.

Super disappointed ! Have been here enough to know that this isn’t acceptable! My husbands fries literally looked like the dunked them back into the oil to reheat or somthing they were nasty ! And both of our sandwiches were literally COLD COLD. Like the meat was cold and the bun was cold it was so bad. We didn’t eat any of our food. We went to try to go up and tell the worker but they were no where to be found. We stood up at the counter for 9 minutes waiting for someone to come up they never did. So we ate nothing wasted our money. Super disappointed as I usually enjoy coming here :

Food was not ready on time and when we got it back and opened it up it was 50% fat and inedible. Flavor was good, but for $20 I expected a bit more meat, this was a two meat plate with 2 orders brisket.

Very great food chicken was very tender and pulled pork was amazing. Severice was amazing. Happy whenever I come in there with my dad. Its one thing we both agree on. I was thinking of looking into getting a summer job there because od how positive everyone

Great place great food. Both employees that was there tonight 3-7-24 were great and went above and beyond.
