Best food in the area at reasonable prices! Great service! Chicken Fried Steak is my favorite!!

Oh, my God, it was delicious. I ordered the cave man and my steak was cooked as I liked it. The pages were excellent. My girlfriend and her son were very happy with the result. 5 stars for cooking and service.

Absolutely wonderful you can find outside Rockdale, TX. A modest little building does not prepare you for the excellent, classic style Texas cooking. The fried pickles are fantastic! Delicious and crispy, but very filling as they made in a huge pile with home Ranch Dressing. It was just the appetizer! Everything we ordered was just as good, with very generous portion sizes. The owners are also welcome. All in all, Troutman's Treats is the type of throw family business that should put restaurant chains out of business.
