Chicken Express - Rockdale

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY HERE! I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I've been there three times, and today was the last straw. My first visit was great; the food was fresh and delicious. However, during my second visit, I ordered a family meal and received four old pieces of chicken that were too tough to eat, so I ended up throwing them away. Today, I tried one more time and specifically asked for fresh chicken, but once again, I was given old, tough pieces that I had to discard. I even requested fresh chicken at the window, but it didn't make a difference. This place does not value customer service or the quality of their food. It feels like a complete waste of money.

The dining room was closed due to staff shortages, which was disappointing. Additionally, the outside speaker system wasn't working, making it take longer to place our order. I also noticed employees frequently walking in and out of the back door. Overall, this place could use a good cleaning and some improvements.

The experience could have been improved. The food was a bit dry for my taste, and my child found it too greasy. I don't think we'll be returning.

They got our order wrong, the dine in area was closed and I'm pretty sure everyone in there was high. Avoid at all cost. Just go to the on in Taylor.

I dont think they understand the concept of customer service here. They give raw fries and cold chicken
