Chicken Express - Rockdale

Kill your way to your month here!!!! ... Really bad experience. I was here three times and today my last visit. When I first visited, it was fresh and really good. The second time I bought a family meal and saved 4 old chickens and threw them away to eat too hard. My last order was today and will not go back, I asked for fresh chicken and AGAIN I received more old pieces of chicken. They were old and hard, I threw them away. I even asked the window to give me fresh chicken. Waste of money. Customer service and quality of food is something they do not appreciate.

You did our order wrong, the dune in the area was closed and I'm pretty sure everyone was up there. Avoid at all costs. Just go to Taylor.

Could have been better. was a bit dry for me. My child said it was greasy for her. Don't think we're going back.

I dont think they understand the concept of customer service here. They give raw fries and cold chicken

This is the third time I have given them a chance in six months. Not ever again. They ALWAYS forget something. This time was the gravy. I caught that and went in to get it. Once I got home I realized I received uncooked fries that I had to put in my own air fryer and even then they tasted like straight oil. Chicken was overcooked. Rolls were burnt. Potatoes were the only thing worth eating. When I went inside I noticed chicken and fries were all over the floor along with grease leaking all over the place. Some on cardboard some on the floor. Piano Bar or The Ranch if you want some chicken!
