Muldoon's - Rockaway

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. We received our appetizer plates, which were decent, but they were all dirty. The customer service was good, but the food was disappointing. I ordered a steak salad while the others at the table had filet mignon and a cheeseburger. The only thing that was enjoyable was the fries. I hope they check their meat quality, as none of the dishes we had should be served to anyone. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The dining experience was fantastic in a beautiful setting with excellent service.

We had a great time there for Karaoke. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Food was great, especially the shrimp appetizer and portabella mushroom. We will be back.

Out of 3 food orders not 1 was correct... calamari was like chewing on rubber bands it was so over done.... now as I sit in the restaurant writing this a mouse ran across the floor with multiple patrons as witness... told the waiter and he laughed so I doubt he will tell the manager, but the beer was cold if you want a positive

I arrived at the restaurant at 11:23 and asked to be seated, to which the server said yes and walked away. I had to seat myself as I was not given a menu or offered a glass of water. After waiting for 7 minutes, I had to ask a kitchen helper for a drink and a menu as no one had come to the table yet. By 12:38, there was still no staff on the floor despite a customer being seated 15 minutes earlier. Frustrated, I went outside and found a kitchen worker on his phone. When I approached him, he identified himself as the manager but was rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the poor service. He even rolled his eyes when I expressed my disappointment. As a server myself, I know that good service should be a priority, and this experience was utterly unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
