Arby's - Rockaway

Arby's is by far the healthy fast food choice of all the chains. Just look at the calorie menu. Fact! This location has great service and quiet dining. No negatives as of the date of this review. Try the Reuben sandwich.

Despite the food being great. This branch has underage, illegal immigrant workers who work for sometimes less than $100 a day, six days a week with the owner forcing them to work up to 12 hours a day. The owner Paru Aghani loves going on lavish vacations almost every month but never has the money to ensure safe working environments for her people. Alberto the store manager never has time to be at home and poor Martha the old lady in the kitchen practically lives there. Corporate needs to do something about this, it’s horrible!

Nice place. But fries we not fresh and hot. But I'd go back there. I just should have asked for new fries.

Really nice Arby’s experience! The restaurant was very nice looking inside and out. The staff was friendly and fast. The food was good. Can’t ask for anything more.

Waited 29 mins after ordering besides 10 minutes to order. Had to wait around 15 more mins for food at window drive thru. It was cold. The manager was at the window taking orders, and he put down what he thought we said, we asked for certain corrections. He said go to window... Waited and waited. Finally got our bags and the order was 75% accurate. This isy 4th bad experience here at this location. Always bad and sometimes rude. I will not try again. Obviously, they will always have bad service no matter the time of the day.
