Zaxby's Chicken Fingers - Rock Hill

Fast service, considering that it is only Drive thru. Great customer service. Fresh food. This place didn't disappoint me.

Ordnete by driving through, specifically said that it didn't matter to me if I pulled out the line if it would help her time, but coming home to find half the food was badly made or lacked. The code used to complete a survey and where he asks if you want to be contacted about your problems, I said yes. It's been weeks and no one has done it. Why is it even an option at this point? Unfortunately, the place I used is closed. I never had this problem.

Not sure what Zaxbys is about. You're always busy... Eight cars deep in the drive thru. I gave them 5 stars for their customer service and I would just give their food 3. We had the southwest salad and a 4 finger chix plate. The salad was moderate ....it came w/ 1 pkg dressing (at best 3 tabsp). Luckily I paid extra and it wasn't quite enough for such a big salad that was mostly salad mix. The proportion of roasted corn and tortilla chips did not correspond to the amount of salad, tomatoes and cheese in the bowl and definitely did not care about the spices they use on their fried chicken! I'll say Zaxby's Southwest Salad was just a smidge better than Chick-fil-A's Southwest Salad, which is quite small and lacked a lot of everything, except whole leaves of hard Romain salad, and I didn't care about the salsa lime dressing or the farmers at all. McDonald's had the best Southwest Salad ever, it was loaded with many corn and black beans and Paul Newmans Salsa Ranch Dressing on the page. At the beginning of Covid, they drove down their menu and served their salads completely, so I'm looking for something similar, without luck!

Later, the Zaxby was terrible. NOT ORDER CURBSIDE PICKUP HERE. I waited almost 25 minutes after my pickup time. 3 calls for my food to get a bag with no spices I paid, no straws, no napkins and cold food. I worked for this Zaxby's, and I know that the owners were very disappointed by the way they were with order and the 4 others as crazy as I was. I know the workers are hard to find, but these employees should be fired, or at least the night shift girls of today 8/15

I love Zaxby 's when I get a complete order? After sitting in drive-thru for nearly 30 min., I ordered a 4 pc. finger plate which includes coleslaw w/ no drink and a house salad ?????sorry, we 're out of cukes). Thinking nothing of it, I went home without checking the order. OMG..no Coleslaw! Now it 's 9:14 pm but I took a chance, called the store and someone answered. Told the manager of missing item... Well, we 're closed but when you come back you can get a free coleslaw. Me: no I need it to go with my meal. So on and so forth, after getting no apology from a rude manager, I decided to just hang up. And they charged me for a 5 pc. instead of a 4 pc. Bad, bad customer service.
