Steak N Shake - Rock Hill

Worst service ever. Took 20 minutes to get drinks ordered. 40 minutes and counting on food. **** this place.

That is my favorite place to go in Rock Hill! Love it Anyone who goes to visit Rock Hill should eat there

NEW MANAGEMENT!! (Mark) Mark came by every table while we were there to ask how everything was, of he could get us anything else (I almost said yes and followed him up front to order some shakes for our family), and then asked if there was ANYTHING at all that he HAD to change, what would it be? So I told him if he could change his many fries I ate, that 's be great! Anyways, he seems eager to fix any problems that might arise, so keep that in mind. Also keep in mind, that we are all human and people with emotions and families just trying to get through the day to provide. So please be kind to them when you ask for something that 'HAS ' to be changed. Take a deep breath, they want to help! I promise! There was a great staff on tonight, there was a maybe 30yr old guy that kept doing a TON of visual checks of the dining room and laps in the back to make sure everything was looking good. You can tell he was attentive. He is a keeper! Seems like he 'd make a good manager if he isn 't already. All this to say, it was excellent! Fries were delicious, might be too salty for some, but I loved it.

Excellent service, delicious milkshakes. Also, the updated self-service kiosks were efficient and easy to use. Most importantly, they were above and beyond in customer service. They were out of chocolate milk (the individual serving ones sold at most fast food places) and one of the kitchen workers (I wish I'd remembered to ask his name) mixed one up for my son by adding chocolate syrup to a plain milk. We didn't ask for it, we didn't expect it, he just did it and it was so, so thoughtful. Also, the new owner came out personally to ask how everything was, which was a nice personal touch. Overall, we'll be happy to go back.

I have to share my experience about my encounter with these amazing young people at this store. It really made my day and night. I was having a rough time due to unforeseen circumstances recently. My family and I decided to go out and get a treat at Steak 'n Shake in Rock Hill. They are such beautiful young men and women. My family and I were really impressed with the courteous, friendly service. The whole staff that worked that night on 3/4/2022 was AWESOME!!! Special shout out to Akhil and Carly! I will never forget the kindness shown at this location. Keep up the good work guys!
