Steak 'n Shake - Rock Hill

The new manager has really turned this place around. We’ve eaten here twice in the last 7 months and both times it was amazingly good and the staff were super awesome! A lot of happy kids in my family right now.

27 minutes to get cold food and we were the only ones there during a slow time :

I was using the drive through. No one was there in the restaurant. So service should have been pretty fast and it wasn't. There was a big big hole in the side of the building so between everything. I decided not to order anything from this location. The owner needs to come through and use the drive through and see how their employees are handling The speediness of the orders

It's been a long time since we went to a steak and shake. No service, automated kiosks to enter your order before you sit down. I know staff is hard to find but this is not what I remember about steak and shake. Cold food but the shakes were good. This is my last time!
