Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

Love the food here. It actually tastes like fresh Mexican food and the portions are generous. Update: Still great food and service in the pandemic. Although you have to watch the cashier. On Sundays the children eat free and they want to charge you most of the time. We need to make sure they give us the discount

4 years ago I gave them 4 stars... Updated: My daughter got a free birthday Burrito so we got an order on the app Sunday Aug 21, 2022... there was a Glitch in the app that caused several items at checkout. We tried to cancel the order but could not, so we immediately called the restaurant within 2 minutes). A female employee replied to the phone simply saying Moe 's and when I informed them about the app error, they replied that they had already begun to make the order. I informed her again that I wanted 3 Burritos, one should be free, but the order went from $19.72 to almost $40. It was wrong and I wanted it to be repaired or canceled. She replied that they already made the order, so I replied that I wanted it to cancel. She said stop you and after a few moments a male employee who never identified herself replied the phone to say again that they had begun to make the order... I just didn't understand why this was so often stressed as exactly the problem was. They made an order that I did NOT want because items were added that we did NOT order. I said again to cancel the order, and he said he couldn't cancel it, but would issue a refund. As I said, thank you, he hung up the phone! 8 days later, I never received a refund of $37.81 so I disputed it over my bank to get my credit. I'm glad I recorded the reception and the call log. I will not interfere with the order by the app or at this place.

Good food and healthier options available. A few items are missing from the order. However, I would experience it again.

They make their on thin tortilla chips, with very good salsa. Her grilled chicken chocolates are some of the best. Make sure you have your app. Good for always points and special offers.

First time at Salsarita's. My first impression was how clean everything was, from the dining room to the serving line it was spotless! The drink machine was clean and the whole area with straws lids and napkins was neat and organized.. The ladies stayed busy cleaning up the tables, spot sweeping the floors and getting all the dirty trays back to the kitchen. The food was very good...so many protein choices and all the items were extremely fresh. However, I was surprised it was so pricey...don't go there if you're looking for Taco Bell prices! Of course at Salsarita's the ladies make your food right in front of you exactly the way you want it....same concept as Subway. All the ladies behind the line were so so friendly and very helpful talking me through the construction of my 3 tacos! It was great food and great service... an excellent experience !
