Michael's Rock Hill Grille

The food is excellent, and the waitstaff are very polite. However, the lady owner comes off as rude and seems to dislike interacting with customers. I'll choose to overlook that.

Great food noisey needs nice music. Owner (woman) not well like by her employees. Wouldn't serve late won't accommodate drinks late as night said it was illegal to serve alcohol after closing kitchen. Sounds like a cop out to me. Don't bother there are other places.

I have eaten at Micheal's frequently with my boyfriend/friends and have always enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. I took my mother for Mother's Day and was completely shocked and disappointed at our service. We came in a little late which was clear by the female owner's face as she sat us (mind you there was at least 2 other parties seated that still hadnt ordered , then she proceeded to sit us on the back corner away from anybody else (restaurant still very full . Finally, she(female owner came by and greeted all the tables giving flowers to the mothers but completely ignored us. We came in, ordered, ate and left while 2 other parties were still there.....NEVER GOING BACK. Selective customer serivce in my opinion. Thanks for making my mom feel SO special :

When my husband was alive, we were among the first customers of the restaurant, and we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the owner and savoring their food.
