I wanted to treat myself today. I haven't bought a hamburger anywhere in at least 7 years, so I stopped at a McDonald's. The big Mac was so cold that the cheese had never melted. The fries were cold and greasy. I ordered unsweet tea and got sweet which I couldn't drink because of the sugar. I took 3 bites of the hamburger, then threw it away. Ate a few fries. Tossed them. I wasted $11. Now I remember why I never stop at McDonald's. I will never make that mistake again. Back to Chick-fil-A!

On September 16, 2023, at 10:26 AM, I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff member at the window was very rude and made a fuss over a cup of water that I had requested from the person who originally took my order. If someone is going to react so aggressively over something as trivial as a cup of water, they shouldn't be working in fast food. Racism, aggression, and rudeness have no place in customer service. I will not be returning to this location. Service: Takeout.
