Jack In The Box - Rock Hill

I ordered a sandwich that is typically roasted, as shown in the pictures I had to smash down myself. I always try to give this place another chance, but the staff are consistently rude and unpredictable. At the drive-thru, they hardly acknowledge your presence.

I visited this restaurant yesterday evening and arrived around 1 AM, only to be informed by the woman at the drive-thru speaker that they only accept door or mobile orders. She mentioned they didn't have enough staff to process orders at the cash register. Is this for real? How can a business operate like this? It’s evident why they have a 3.4-star rating. I hadn’t eaten at Jack in the Box in years, and being out west, I was really looking forward to dining there while in the city. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed.

I was really looking forward to dining here after not having eaten here for a few years, but my experience was quite frustrating. I waited for an hour, which was already annoying, but I tried to stay patient. Then I found out they were only fulfilling mobile orders and DoorDash. That felt absurd. If I hadn't waited so long, I would have considered leaving the line. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience. After waiting for a total of 1 hour and 24 minutes, we finally made it to the front of the line.

I sit literally in the drive thru, after an hour waiting in a long line we roll on the box. excited for jack in the box. come to find out that they only accept doordash and mobile orders. the person on the microphone acts as if there were no line for the last hour. we talk to us as if we were crazy and tell us that we download the app to order our food. I am sure that the quality of the food is still, because only this experience alone has made me completely mad at this place. Don't go here!

Got food here Sunday night wait took forever. I'm still sick from the food I ate and it's Thursday.
