They are thieves! that was my first time in this facility. I bought at combination meal 10.96 after controlling with my card. When I came home, I always looked at my bank transactions for the day and realized that they have uploaded my card for 13.15. I called and asked if there was a fee for the use of card instead of cash, they said no. When I came back there and showed them my transactions and my intervention, they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about and owed them to the bank. long story short they are crooked and their eating is not all that good.

You made my order wrong. When I came home, I realized it was wrong and they didn't seem to care.... Lady on the phone pretended she didn't understand me and just stopped talking....big customer service....NOT

Fairer price, eating was only moderate and little taste. I had better frozen dinner. I had high expectations and hopes.

I came to pick up my order, and the first thing I see is an insect that looked like a villain that crawls down the wall! Since I had a rather big order, I didn't just want to cancel it, so I gave them the advantage of doubt. I noticed on the car home that the food smells funny. I opened my wing box when I got there to find that they were burned so I could get them back. When I came in, two customers waited for dinner, so I'm gonna put on the lady who took my order to get closer, as I didn't want to cause a scene. She ignored my movement and went to the kitchen for about 30 seconds and then returned. Before I could even open the box and show her my wings, she told me to throw them in the garbage through the door, and then excused them to be burned for them! It was obvious that they knew the wings were burned when I picked up my order, but they gave it to me anyway! They prepared another order for me and I checked it before I left. They were better than the first batch, but still cooked. I returned home to find my wife to eat her Hibachi Steak what she said was very hard to chew and overcook. I also ordered a side of the egg foo young Gravy for my rice where I found lumps of the flower. The shrimp frying had a funny taste and lubricated my chicken wings as if they were roasted in burnt oil. I wouldn't recommend this place and never go back!

Decent Chinese and Hibachi dishes. What's interesting is every time I order the same dishes during the end of my work week, it's prepared n tastes different. Not a bad thing, just noticed this happening lately. Delicious variety of menu selections and always a kind and professional family friendly work staff.
