Dunkin' - Rock Hill

This is the best spot for a quick breakfast in the area. If you're staying nearby, this is the place to go. The other fast food options in the vicinity don't compare. The coffee was perfect and my everything bagel was delicious!

While doughnuts may be their main specialty, this restaurant also offers other items like bagels. In my opinion, all menu items should meet a certain quality standard, especially something as simple as a bagel. My order was a basic everything bagel lightly toasted with cream cheese, but unfortunately it was the worst bagel I have ever had. It arrived burnt, with a charcoal smell coming from the edges, and they only added cream cheese to one side. It seems like a lack of proper training or disregard for quality by the staff. This kind of service is unacceptable.

This was my second visit in 2 years, and I have not returned due to the limited menu options. Despite requesting items like brownies, bananas, hot fudge, and chocolate chip ice cream, the restaurant did not have any of them available. I am disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

I specifically asked prior to drive thru order if coffee was hot, employee giggled and said yes. I ordered HOT large coffee. Coffee I received was cold, can't even begin to call it hot.I went in store to complain, was told new pot would be brewed WHY is it so hard to get hot, even warm coffee? Plenty of other options in area.

One of the slower Dunkin's that I have been to. It always seems to be a much longer wait here than any other Dunkin that I have ever been to. The food and drinks, however, are great from here and the staff is always friendly.
