A few days ago, I ordered six boberries for my coworkers and paid in advance. After waiting at the drive-thru, I reached the window only to be told they were out of stock. Since I had ordered through the app, I wasn’t informed of this beforehand. I was charged for them at the pickup time, and when I requested a refund, I was told to contact customer service, which turned out to be unhelpful. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, service a 1, and atmosphere a 4.

Love this Bojangles. They don’t overcook the biscuits like the FM location. I will only eat at this one from now on. (On my daily route) Big THANK YOU to the workers. It very appreciated to be able to eat a biscuit how it’s supposed to be cooked. You can taste the butter salt.
