When Culvers first opened their butterburgers were superb. Juicy, hot, flavorful. Now we are lucky if we get our order right. Ketchup, mustard, and extra cheese is what we wanted. None of the burgers were right. One had the ketchup and mustard but only 1 slice of cheese. Another only had the cheese. I verbally expressed all toppings twice and it was still ordered wrong by the drive through. Also, the burger patties are extremely thin and burned from sitting too long in the heat. We are not getting what we pay for. Very disappointing and very off putting. Makes me want to go to another towns location for our Culvers cravings.

I'm not a regular at our local Culver's, it is about 3 miles out of my way. However, we had dinner with friends and we stopped by for dessert. Ended up ordering some frozen custard but they were out of both for a small dish. However, the staff informed us that he was checking the freezer and found both flavors in pint containers so we ordered one of each. Then, the worker told us they had a sale and we could double our order for a couple bucks. Win!

I got the Reuben and there was only about 1 tablespoon of sour kraut on it.

Always great food at Culvers and don 't forget to get some custard! We usually get the kids meals as they are more than enough food to eat. And the free scoopie coupon for the free custard is a bonus. They have the best Custard!!
