Arby's - Rock Falls

This place is one of our favorites for fast food... Always very clean place, staff friendly and staff appearance is always clean. We had to try the new burger for a limited time. I had the Deluxe Burger. Taste similar to the big Mac, but much better. A meat here! It is definitely worth a try, they offer 2 selections. And I almost forgot that her Mac and cheese is amazing... Not the best, but for fast food it is great!!

Great food at this location and the store was very clean and in good shape. Now the one in Urbana-Champaign just sucked

Usually it's really good, but last night is sucked. It took almost an hour to get food, then not half of it. When I went through the drive thru, someone came across the intercom and told me that their drive thru computers were down when I wanted food, I would have to come in. So I went to the register almost 20 minutes before I was even waiting. At that time I said I was there, whipped, said you said I should come in so I could come here to take my order, hi, I made all kinds of noises. Finally, someone came and wrote my order on a peach paper. Then the staff began to wait on the drive thru and door dash. When I got my order, I realized that parts were missing, the staff said they were repairing. But when I came home, I realized that I still miss three things. At that time it was 9:30 and I didn't want to deal with it

Pretty good and fast service and they made me a real beautiful Turkish sandwich. In any case, it would recommend and would return for another.

Every time I was here the food was hot and fresh and service was fast. No complaints here.
