Had a fantastic Christmas dinner with the family. despite the fact that it was obviously extremely busy, both eating and service were first class. the staff was polite and was quick to ask for all we had to react. well worth the money and would recommend to everyone.

I recently booked a table for 26 people, eating was amazing everyone commented on how great that was eating, they said if they had served it in a top restaurant, they would be satisfied. many choices and all food we ordered were available. the waitress was brilliant, nothing was too upset. will definitely be back.

Came yesterday with friends and our children to lunch. I have a nice table in the garden. ordered to eat and drink no problem, it came within a good time and everything cooked to perfection. from a nice young guy who went back to get something gravy for my sonny sausages. I had chicken avocado and speck salat, was delicious and plentiful. hubby had wild boar and chorizo burger he really enjoyed it. the tables were regularly cleaned and were always served very quickly at the bar. the dinge improved since the last time I visited, and there was no food. very enjoyed our visit

Loved the steak and chips especially as it had a sauce with it . This is good pub food not expensive in a lovely old building . Now they do breakfast wow you get loads for your money x well worth a visit. Service and quality of food excellent !!!
