I was asked to keep quiet because there were other diners in the restaurant (4 people). A friend ordered chicken kebabs that were undercooked. When we spoke to the chef, he immediately became defensive and insisted that they were cooked properly, not listening to the customer. My food took 10 minutes longer to come out than everyone else's, and we all waited over an hour for our food. I had to go to the bar to order drinks instead of being served at our table. To top it off, a service charge was added to the bill, which we refused to pay. Overall, the service, food, and atmosphere were all rated as 1 out of 5.
