National Coney Island - Rochester Hills

This is a classic Coney Island restaurant. If you're reading reviews, you probably won't think it looks like a top-notch establishment. People come here for one of three reasons: 1) You're an older customer, 2) You're a teenager, or 3) You work in construction. Either way, everyone knows what to expect at a Coney Island diner.

We arrived and placed our order. A family of four came in about 10-15 minutes later and received their food 10 minutes before us. While the food was good, it didn't quite meet our expectations. The wait time for our meals felt a bit excessive.

Oh my, Hani! I can't wait for another one! My partner used to live in Michigan, and we decided to stop by during our travels because he insisted I had to try the Hani. I'm seriously considering moving to Michigan just so I can enjoy this amazing restaurant weekly! It was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to return. The place was immaculate and the service was friendly!

My wife and I love coming here for breakfast! We are willing to drive further to this location just because of the service.

It wasn't bad. I've never been to a coney island before but I will say it was pretty good for my first time. there was a minimal wait and staff was very friendly! overall a really good experience from this west coast gal :
