Big Boy - Rochester Hills

With my parents for lunch. it was a very clean restaurant and the service was excellent. my vater and I have patty melted with frits and they were perfectly cooked, they were great! even if it was the afternoon, they serve breakfast. my mother got an omelette with hash brews and pancakes and they were also delicious. our waitress never lets our drinks low, excellent service. it was delicious eating to a great value and was better than many restaurants with higher trips.

They seem pretty nice. The staff was polite and decently attentive. The food was average diner type food. I know they're struggling because of worker shortage but they probably shouldn't be shouting all their drama and hatred from the kitchen for the entire restaurant to hear so that's where that star went......

Tried calling an order in today (11/6/22), phone rang for 5 minutes and when someone picked up, they hung up the phone. This happened 3 times.

Staff was nice, food was great, but fix the blinds already. Let the sunshine in

Unfortunately it is no longer there.Last day was August 1st, 2021.The owner is looking for a new location to open up a new Big Boy restaurant.
