Wendy's - Rochester

The staff was very rude and gave me attitude when they forgot to bring my drinks and cheese sauce. When I got home, I found that the cheese dip had congealed!

Today, October 8, 2022, at 2:15 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Biggie Bag with a double stack burger, BBQ sauce, and a peach Sprite without ice, along with a Jr. cheeseburger. When I got home, I discovered that my fries were soggy, and I only received half a container of fries along with just three nuggets. This was very disappointing!

The food was nice, hot, and fresh, but the server seemed annoyed with my inquiries, which made me feel as if I was bothering her.

One of the best Wendy in the Rochester area .very polite very nice amazing and strong team.. floor and diner floor always super clean the staff is super amazing super sweet .. love to come here ....

I worked there for 3 months and have to say they are very ghetto,they don't cook the bacon all the way and play music on the speakers, customers are usually unsatisfied with the attitudes of the employees and the people who run the store hired there kids for management and there kids don't run anything right,there bathroom is poorly taken care of,I recommend you shop at mcdanolds
