Wendy's - Rochester

I and my mother decided that after a long cold day of Christmas shopping we would relax with some wendys. I've never had a problem at this place. it was very annoying to wait 15 minutes, just to eat lukewarm and get cold limp friys in a greasy bag that hastened and thrown together with no thought. I understand they're understaffed, but after you said we're waiting for the hunch and burger, I expected they're hot and nicely joined together. 12/24/2022

It's fast eating. nothing special. the prices have jumped with the company-greed that is changing and causing inflation, but not much can we do about voting for less terrible people. the personal was very nice and tried her best to be understated (again, gain over people)Food: 3/5

When arriving at the speaker they took a very long time to say anything. They could’ve asked each customer to “look at the menu” or “I’ll be right with you” but instead they never said anything for five minutes. After ordering and arriving at the window they stated they did not have majority of the items ordered.

Slow doesn't even begin to describe how long it tooo. to get faat food. 25 minutes, and they forgot my bbq sauce.

Poorly managed place. We tried to go in to eat tonight at around 6pm Sunday 7/17/22. One of the two employees leaving as we were headed in said dining room is closed, it 's drive thru only . The sign on the doors says dining room is open until 10pm. Ba humbug. We went somewhere else.
