The food is incredible, and the customer service is outstanding. They ensure a quick dining experience while serving freshly made meals.

My family and I traveled from Syracuse to try this restaurant, but our experience was quite disappointing. The service was poor; I felt rushed the entire time, and the staff behind the counter seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Perhaps it's a cultural difference, but it really affected our visit. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning. This just wasn't what we expected.

I ordered a medium oxtails dinner and only received four oxtails, which felt completely unreasonable given the price, especially since I drove two hours to get there. Additionally, the food was excessively salty, and the mac and cheese wasn't great either. Overall, I was very disappointed!

Absolutely amazing food. Restaurant can be cleaned up and updated but absolutely great service and even better food.
