They would be five stars, except they ask if we want sauce and forget the sauce almost every time. food: 4/5

I usually have no problem with this place, but only the other day I came here with a friend during my lunch break. the drive-thru line wasn't too long. when we went to the small box to order, the screen was out, and no one welcomed us. we sat there waiting for a total of 7 minutes in the box, periodically say “Hello?” without answer. at this point were all cars that were before us, now long gone, and there is a big line that forms behind us. I thought the box had to be broken, so I moved in front of the window. When I was up there, I tried to explain to the woman what happened and asked if I could order in the window. She said, “Yes, I know I said to stop you” and I said, “I’m sorry, we didn’t hear anything while we wait for 7 minutes, we thought it was broken. we have always said hi and the girl said: "Yes, I know they should learn to be more patient. what do you want?” So I apologised and started to order, and the girl called over another girl, said: “I can’t handle it now, you do it.” and told the other girl that we “unbeliever feel like waiting and just dressed up”. the other girl then opened the window and said: "Next time, they will order in this small box like all others, cuz we can not take orders here". I apologized again and told them I thought it had to be broken. the girl rolled her eyes, closed the window and screamed to the other men “the last order is put on the front, this girl thought it was ok to just pull to the window!”. all the time we sat there waiting for our food, we could hear them screaming and complain about us. it was extremely rude and unprofessional. we really felt comfortable. in rating 3 stars cuz every other time when I went to this place, I received great service

The staff was very friendly. the food was freshly cooked. I went in to order, but I didn't eat. it was very clean. food: 4/5

I always loved her eating. great service, good food. pay attention to the menu for new items, I always try what is new on the menu.

Sat at the drivethru for 40 minutes from 11 to 11 40p.m while employees are getting payed just to chat with each other.Finally got my food and my grilled cheese burrito is complete black and flattened to a quesadilla.
