Subway - Rochester

I love the turkey subs with provolone cheese, garlic Parmesan dressing, onions, olives, tomato mild pepper rings . I had a 6in a foot long the cookies, 1 of each was excellent

They cut way back on amount of meat, when I talked to manager,she just wanted me off the phone. Not concerned

I have yet to see this place open past 7 but yet it says 9 let alone when they are open their customer service has to literally be the worst

I placed my order at 7:48, and the money was taken from my account and Google sayss they are open till 9. I was unable to get my food and was told to leave emty handed. Very rude staff.

They don't accept their own coupons and they are understaffed and under qualified
