Skip's On The Ridge - Rochester

The staff at this restaurant seemed inattentive, as I waited at the register for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. Instead of assisting paying customers, the young employees appeared more focused on chatting and joking with one another.

Excellent service and high-quality meats and seafood. You can't go wrong with Skip's!

I used to stop by this place every other day after work to grab subs and buy meat for grilling on the weekends, but that's no longer an option for me. Whether I call in my order or order in person, I end up waiting at the sub counter while the staff chats away, ignoring me until I’m frustrated enough to give up. When I finally ask for assistance, their responses are incredibly rude, leaving me feeling angry and ready to walk out. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, where my money is appreciated.
