Pizza Hut - Rochester

The WORST pizza I have ever had! And on top of it we were only issued a $5 credit. Bummer.

The ends of the 8 Breaded Boneless Wings were rock-hard. I ordered 2-20oz diet Pepsi and received 1-2 liter bottle of regular Pepsi.

The 12" Medium Pizza is great for sharing with a coworker.

I ordered a taste maker pizza and they tried to calculate $26 for it, plus the place was dirty. that was in henrietta ny, stay away

Horrible service and expensive grease. I ordered online and showed up in the expected preparation time. Walked in to the restaurant and they were beyond dead. Store was clean, zero orders cooking in the oven, and the only food waiting to be picked up was mine. The old man folding boxes, acknowledged me and said he would go get someone. I 'm assuming he doesn 't use the register for whatever reason. I heard people talking and making noise in the back, and when they were told they had a customer, I heard someone say they 're gonna have to wait, I 'll get there when I get there. I understand a little stress if maybe it 's the middle of a Friday dinner rush, but this was 1pm on a Saturday afternoon and they were literally doing nothing. I stood there a couple minutes and no one came up to give me the food I ordered even though I could see it on the rack ready to go. So I left. I thought their first job was customer service. Good thing I hadn 't paid yet. Curious how they will stay open if customers aren 't a priority and I 'm not able to pay for my food because whatever is going on out back is more important?? Ordered the same thing from the competitor down the street. Not only was it cheaper for delivery than pizza hut carryout, they 're nicer as well.
