Papa Gino's - Rochester

I've been coming here since I was a little girl, and it remains my favorite place to eat. The food is amazing, and the staff are truly the nicest people. Great job, everyone—keep up the fantastic work!

I ordered an extra-large "The Works" pizza with extra sausage. When I got it home, I was disappointed to find that it had very few toppings and hardly any sausage. In the past, the pizza from this location has been great. Now, a week later, it's clear that management doesn’t care about their store or their customers, as they don't take the time to read or respond to reviews.

Michelle and Jaime are fantastic! I ordered a pizza today and thought I had scheduled the pickup for three o'clock, but I realized my mistake just before three. I called to let them know I was on my way, and when I arrived, they had kindly made me a brand new pizza. Michelle explained that they couldn't bear to give me an old one, which I thought was such a wonderful gesture! To my surprise, they ended up giving me both pizzas, which is quite rare in today's world. It's hard to find genuinely nice people who care about the quality of their business these days. I truly appreciate their kindness!

We have loved Papa Gino's for many years! Great service, great food, and easy online ordering. We appreciate the extra mile that the staff takes to make every customer feel welcomed as soon as they enter the store.

The food is great, but like anything and everything else the price has gone up. 1 large Boss pizza and 1 large order of breadsticks and 2 drinks came out to around $40. Food is still great though!
