Free fried dough reward hasn 't kept up with pricing. The reward is worth $4.99 off your order, but you get charged $5.92 before tax and delivery charges for the dessert. The reward should deduct the full price of the item from your total.

I've eaten at Mark's for many years, all different locations. Normally good food, but I don't know what happened at the Merchant's Rd location. Pizza seemed under cooked and the dough was very rubbery. This is not the first time. I figure we all have a bad day once in a while, but this is like the 3rd or 4th time there has been an issue with the food. I don't think I'll be eating at that location anymore.
