Lucano - Rochester

Kristina is amazing, she truly lights up my life. She is a queen in the kitchen, bringing the most delicious food. We dined in for dinner and the service was top-notch, earning a 5-star rating. The atmosphere was also fantastic, earning another 5-star rating. I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful dining experience.

We just had a wonderful experience here. The owner was so hospitable the service was great and the food was fabulous! One of the guests in our party was not feeling well so we had to take our entrees home. Everyone was so accommodating and the food was amazing! We will be back!

The food and service at Luciano was outstanding. This is our second visit in a week, and it is the best Italian restaurant we have been to since our trip to Italy. In fact, we believe it is the best Italian restaurant in all of Rochester and possibly even in upstate New York. Don't hesitate, this place is the real deal.

The dinner items were decent but not exceptional. However, the service was extremely disappointing. Within 30 seconds of being seated, the waitress was already asking if we wanted an appetizer. I mentioned that we had just sat down and needed a moment. The timing between the salad and entrees felt rushed. While eating my salad, a male server unexpectedly reached between my fork and mouth to deliver an entree to the person sitting next to me, which was quite off-putting and almost led me to react strongly. The atmosphere was lacking, with old, musty, and dark decor, dirty light fixtures, missing electrical cover plates, and cobwebs. Overall, this was a one-time experience and I do not plan on returning. Not a pleasant dining experience.
