Kfc - Rochester

Horrible customer service, even heard one of the employees cussing and complaining about a customer who was just asking a simple question. Me and my husband had ordered five pieces. We both only got four pieces, After waiting for 15 minutes. it would?vebeen understandable if they would?ve at least let us know if they were waiting on something to get done but they just didn?t sayanything. This employee avoided us at all cost any time any time we had a question as simple as asking for sauce, because theynever offered. Will not be dining here again.

I went to the one in Henrietta and the service was excellent disrespectful and rude the girl slam my cup on the counter and when I came in the from drive through the girl was talking very loudly on the cell phone. I went through the drive through first andthat-same young lady was exceedingly disrespectful!! It was sooo bad I didn?t even get my order. 11/2622 630 pm

Night shift was very rude to me for no reason, came in around 7 ordered an 8 piece for me and friend, lady at the register was nice. order was brought out to me by some thin brunette chick that gave me attitude for no reason, she set it on the counterthen waited for a few seconds and then looked over at us and sith an attitude announced the order. Then when we went to pick itup we told her to have a nice night and she said mhm with an attitude and it was uncalled for.

Came in to get a few items waited almost 10 minutes for three things forgot the fries and had the audacity to sit there and eat chicken in front of my face with no gloves on and then put the fries in the bag
