Hong Kong One - Rochester

I really appreciate the owners of this restaurant. They are friendly and welcoming. The food is fantastic!

This is the best restaurant I’ve discovered in Rochester, particularly in the Irondequoit area. The food is good, offering a solid selection of standard Chinese dishes, and the wait times for takeout are minimal. iSquare is also a pleasant place to dine in. The prices are fair, and the customer service is exceptional. I requested the addition of egg to my rice, which isn't typically available on the menu, and they happily agreed. I also asked for a milder version of General Tso’s, and they were more than willing to help. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, especially in this area, which is why I will continue to support this restaurant.

I first tried their food about two years ago, and we've returned many times since. I'm particularly fond of the General Tso's chicken; it isn't heavily battered and always comes out crispy, with one of the best sauces I've found in the Rochester area. The portion sizes are quite generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is consistently friendly, polite, and accommodating to any requests. Every time I ask for extra sauce, they always get it right, which is something I can't say for other Chinese restaurants in the area. Additionally, I'm impressed with how they manage phone orders—if you request a pickup at a specific time, your food is always ready and fresh, right on the dot! I highly recommend them for a fantastic meal without any complaints.

Always enjoy the tasty food here. As far as we're concerned, this is the best in town. The staff is so friendly toward us. The price of combos is so reasonable. We love it!

Love the food, all the classic Chinese Americanized dishes… lots of flavor and the staff always goes the extra mile.
