Dunkin' - Rochester

Finding reliable service in Downtown Rochester can be a challenge, but this Dunkin' stands out from the rest with commendable service. Although the quality of the food and drinks is a bit below what I typically expect from Dunkin', I still rate it four stars. It's worth noting that their food is quite good compared to other options in Downtown Rochester. In summary, it deserves a four-star rating overall, but I would give it a five-star rating for the downtown area specifically. Just a heads up—there's no parking available! Also, as of my review in September 2022, the street where this Dunkin' is located is undergoing significant road construction, so be prepared for some delays when heading there.

The experience was good, but they had run out of many donuts, which was disappointing.

We just visited this place and couldn’t be happier with our experience. I almost went back inside to express my appreciation. Both women working there were incredibly friendly. My bagel was perfectly toasted and generously slathered with cream cheese, which is often scarce at other shops. The hash browns were the best I've ever had! I would definitely recommend stopping by here!

Dunkins donuts were fantastic. ordered only the speck and hash browns. coffee with a shot caramel. my experience was great just because sam worked so hard to record the last few customers. he was the only one I guessed it was very close to the closing time and I could say he was exhausted, but he still had a great attitude and was very nice to daughter and I, as we still try to find out what kind of drink we wanted. he was patient, he made my day after a long day of my own. Thank you.
