As a regular customer, I am unhappy with the inappropriate language used by some of the female employees in front of patrons who are just trying to enjoy their coffee and donuts in a relaxed atmosphere. I wish the owner would visit the Mt. Hope Avenue location to address this issue with the staff, particularly the young women. It's frustrating to have to listen to foul language repeatedly. Additionally, there are times when they lock the doors and announce they are no longer serving customers, which is very off-putting. This behavior needs to change immediately, or I will have to reconsider my loyalty to this establishment.
During business hours, they locked the doors to the restaurant. While they continued to serve drive-thru customers, they wouldn’t allow anyone inside. I didn’t have the time to wait in the long line outside, especially since I had already placed my order online. I noticed my drink sitting inside and pointed it out, but the employee just shook her head at me. Having worked at Tim Hortons myself, I understand how challenging the job can be, but this behavior was extremely rude and unacceptable. I paid for my drink, but never received it. Additionally, they left several customers outside without any explanation.
My friend and I decided to go inside to place our orders since the drive-thru line was so long. We both ordered lattes and the staff behind the counter started complaining about us asking for cream. One of them even asked if we really wanted cream, and when we confirmed, her response was “ewwww.” It was really unprofessional; it’s not her place to judge our order—after all, it’s her job to prepare it. I found the whole experience rude and disappointing. I would recommend finding another coffee spot if you want to avoid being judged for your choices.
Waited 20 mins in drive thru for my order. Upon arrival to the window, I asked employee what was taking so long she proceeded to say the staff forgot to make a sandwich for the customer at the window and that he was really slow at it. I than suggested nexttime it would be wise to tell the customer to drive around the front and they can have someone come bring it out once it done.She than tells me if I 'm going to be honest we do whatever we want here . I 've been a customer to dunkin for a long time andI will never come back to this one. If I could give zero stars i would. Not to mention my coffee and sandwich they gave mewasn 't what I ordered!
Attention Dunkin:::: the cups are horrble. Got another leaking one- AT THE BOTTOM!!!!! Everyone knows the morning rush is hectic but some people want their receipt. Dont just mumble 'have a nice day ' as you walk away from drive thru window.
