Dunkin' - Rochester

I came in last week and received a warm welcome from the amazing Manager Elmira. The doughnuts were fresh and the coffee was fantastic. I highly recommend this place, 5 stars all the way. The employees were also fantastic.

During our visit to the restaurant, our 3-year-old granddaughter needed to use the restroom, but we found it locked. The staff informed us that it was out of order. When my daughter mentioned that they should provide a functioning bathroom for dine-in customers, she was told that it was unavailable for use. My daughter has since reported the issue to the Monroe County Health Department.

I placed a large order last minute and the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and quick putting my order together. Excellent customer service and super sweet staff!

A military veteran was charged more than expected on Veterans Day at this restaurant. They went for a free donut promotion and decided to buy 2 additional donuts for their kids. The total should have been around $2.16 based on the advertised price of $0.99 per donut, but they were charged $4.69. The veteran only realized the mistake after the cashier crumpled up the receipt without asking if they wanted it. This experience left them feeling suspicious about the restaurant and they advise others not to go there.

Coffee always good. Employee doesn't complain the are very fast. So, if you are ever in a rush and need your morning coffee pick Dunkin.
