Denny's - Rochester

This Denny’s left me and my friends feeling extremely unwell. The service was poor and excessively slow. The waiter seemed more focused on his friends than on attending to his customers. Our orders were mostly correct, but we did have one mistake. The prices felt high considering the small portions we received. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for our check after we signaled that we were ready to pay. I felt bad for the staff because they seemed like nice people, but the service was quite disappointing. I would suggest looking for a different place to eat if you care about your health.

They sat us at a table, and it took a while for them to take our order. However, once they did, our food arrived in just about five minutes. The meal was excellent, and they offer a fantastic selection of food and drinks.

We had a frustrating experience with our curbside pickup at Denny's. First, they accused us of ordering the wrong meal, and then they accidentally dropped our food! After waiting for forty minutes for them to repackage our order, we checked everything and felt reassured by the manager that all the items in the sealed containers were correct. However, when we got home, we discovered that almost half of the food we paid for was missing. This was especially frustrating after we had initially been charged for the wrong items. We had to go through the entire process again, waiting for them to repack our order, and we didn’t receive any compensation. To top it off, we didn't get our child's pancakes, my fiancée's French toast, or my fruit. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. I do not recommend this Denny's!

Has removed their value menu. offers breakfast all day. most dinner well over $10. night one waitress, the super hard tried 2 seat customers, take orders, bring food, pay one!

The food was great, and the service was excellent. One of the friendliest waitresses ive had the pleasure of being served by. They were out if vanilla syrup for the sodas, but heck, I didn't need the extra sugar and calories anyway. And the best part is it shares a parking lot with the hotel I'm staying at! If you're driving through Rochester or staying at Baymont by Wyndham, and you want a good meal, you won't regret stopping at this Dennys location.Parking: Lots of parking available
