Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse

I'm writing this review to express my immense gratitude to the staff at Delmonico's Henrietta location for their exceptional service and problem-solving skills. Our daughter had planned a surprise party for our 25th anniversary, but unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the reservation. We were initially informed that the party room was booked at the wrong location. As our guests started to arrive, panic began to set in. However, the managers on duty immediately stepped up and took control of the situation. They rearranged tables, accommodated our large party of 18, and ensured that our daughter's surprise was not ruined. The entire staff, from the managers to the waitstaff, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. They made our evening truly memorable and helped to create a special occasion that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend Delmonico's Henrietta for their exceptional service and ability to go above and beyond for their customers. Their quick thinking and problem-solving skills made our daughter's surprise party a resounding success.

Not many optionf for steak. Especially, for a steakhouse. Nonel of the seafood on my plate was cold even though the pasta was burning hot. It gave me diarea. Good thing I lived 3 minutes away because I would not have made it home in time.

I took two guests there Tuesday. I have been many times. My guest ordered the porterhouse. The menu states can be fatty. I had no idea HALF the steak is FAT and the small thin filet had a bone sliver in it. Yuck!WHO IS THEIR MEAT SUPPLIER OR BUTCHER? NEVER EVER NEVER order the porterhouse steak.

It was an excellent end to our trip to Rochester, NY. The food was delicious, excellent service, and relaxing ambiance. Michelle was excellent! Will recommend highly.

Well I would not recommend coming here 30 mintue wait over a hour wait for food. Food came out cold unseasoned and they had the nerve to clean up around us as we waited a hour for food and while we ate ! Like what never have I experienced that I felt rushed to eat and leave. No thank you I paid exact amount and ran out
