City Market Downtown - Rochester

I ordered the Tuna Salad Panini, which has become my go-to choice whenever I visit, despite having only been here a few times. There’s usually a line out the door, a testament to the fact that they prepare their food with fresh ingredients every day. I can confidently say this is the best deli/sandwich spot in Rochester. The menu offers a great variety, and the consistently high quality of the food makes every dollar spent worthwhile (sandwiches range from about $7 to $10). The location is quite central, and there’s plenty of seating available both inside and outside.

I had the #15 sandwich today, which I picked up before my flight and enjoyed while on the plane. It was fantastic! Food: 5/5.

The bread was good, but the amount of pastrami was very disappointing. It shouldn't be labeled as New York pastrami.

Very little space, especially to sit and eat. So it's a great place to grab a sandwich and eat elsewhere. The food is great. A variety of hot and cold sandwiches.Food: 5/5
