Contribuiți la feedbackDuring our visit to Mayo Clinic on Thursday morning 7/1, we received excellent customer service from a man who was incredibly kind and helpful. His demeanor was just what I needed that day. He is the type of employee that any company should be proud to have representing them. While I typically don't leave reviews, the dining experience was also fantastic. The staff member truly deserves recognition for being so friendly and accommodating.
Today we visited Cinnabon at the Marriott subway level. If we had seen the workers without masks, we would not have ordered anything. None of the workers were wearing masks and we witnessed them handling food with bare hands. This location is in the Mayo Clinic subway system and while I understand they may not have control over the companies, they should ensure that masks are worn. It was a very unpleasant visit and there is no excuse for this level of disregard for safety measures.
Estimated employees scream for different reasons at several customers. workers flat-out refuse to serve customers on the basis of personal convinces (worked do not think that a cup of water is as sanitary as a bottle, so only bottle of water will sell). blown up with separate customer because she “has not to make time” the article he asked (only). an incredibly bad experience. cursed for me.
We visited the location mayo clinic when we did the tests on Thursday morning, the man who helped us had great customer service! he was kind of a day I really needed it. he is the kind of hired person who should be proud to represent their company. I write in the rule not reviews, but eating was great and the person who works really deserves to be recognized, so friendly and helpful
Seriously disappointed. Online hours say Monday-Friday I got there at to pick up rolls to treat my coworkers and the store was gated up and dark. No sign of anyone getting ready to open or preparing rolls...nothing. I finally asked employees from another shop in the subway if the hours were listed wrong or if they knew what time it was supposed to open. I was told it was hit or miss as to what time, or even IF, they would open on any given day. Then I read the reviews for this site and I see this has been a problem for years. So, it can’t be blamed on the pandemic. Oh well, I guess I just saved $.
