China Buffet - Rochester

The food at this restaurant was stale and not replaced promptly. The atmosphere was okay, but the high prices did not match the low quality of the food. The selection was limited. Overall, I would rate the food as 1 out of 5 stars.

I loved it. The fried chicken was amazing! They offer a nice variety of options. The rice was a bit bland, but that didn't bother me too much. Overall, it's a really great place. Food: 5/5.

The restaurant has good food when it is freshly made, but the quality drops significantly when it is not busy. I also have cleanliness concerns, especially with the Ice cream scoop rinser. Overall rating for food: 2 out of 5.

Came at 2 pm (so keep this in mind when reading reviews on a buffet so it wasn't a warzone. I strongly recommend going to a buffet when it isn't rush hour. There were a lot of options. The food is not quality, but what can you really expect from a buffet? I find that the best tasting things were the Americanized Chinese dishes and the fried rice. Those items in my experience were actually good tasting, so I stuck to those.Besides the taste of the food, the service was really good and they gave us a complimentary coffee! : They're nice people running the restaurant.

Absolutely FILTHY and the most disgusting food I have ever seen at a buffet! Most trays were nearly empty and dried up, had obviously been sitting for hours. What we did get was barely warm, much less a safe temperature. I didn't even think to take pictures because nothing looked good, and since it was my first visit tried to give them benefit of doubt. However when I saw how grotesque the ice cream server area was, I had to share.The health dept should visit ASAP!!!
