The beer selection was very limited, and three out of the four orders were incorrect. We used to enjoy BWW, but the quality, especially in food preparation, has declined significantly.

She brought our drinks and then took our food order, but after delivering the appetizers, we never saw her again. Other waitstaff brought out our meals, but there was no interaction or conversation with us at all. After we finished eating, we sat for nearly half an hour before I made my way to the front desk to request our bill, specifying that I didn’t want our original waitress to bring it over. A gentleman came to our table with the bill, asked a few questions, and handed it to me, but he didn’t acknowledge the inconvenience. My grandsons even remarked that no one had apologized for the poor service. The bill came to over $75, and I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. I had planned to bring my other two grandkids this coming weekend, but now I’m not sure if that will happen. I used to recommend this restaurant to friends, but now I would feel embarrassed to do so.
