Buffalo Wild Wings - Rochester

I stopped in for an order pick up yesterday evening. When I got there I'd realized they didn't advertise curbside pickup and being super pregnant I was super swollen and couldn't get shoes on my feet. I called and a sweet girl named Ava answered. I started to explain I had an order for pick up and she offered to bring it out to me. It seems so simple, but I am soooo grateful for Ava going above and beyond for me. OF COURSE in this day and age I don't carry cash and I didn't even have change to tip her with. Please please please when you work with Ava TIP HER WELL! She deserves it!

The Asian zing is always a favorite. But I loved the location. They were a bit slow on the order, but everything was as ordered, hot and ready for me to take out. The establishment is clean and the staff are friendly. Wings of course were prepared correctly with extra sauce if one wanted there’s not so dry. All in all I recommend this location for family and friends. The location is also pretty convenient.

Always good food, love to watch hockey and hang with friends. We usually sit in the bar and have little to no wait, but if you eat in the dining room you may need to wait. Servers are always friendly and quick with service!

I was often in buffalo wild wings in my life and have always loved eating. last night was the worst experience ever. the server was slow and unfriendly. she didn't even smile when she first came to our table. we ordered boneless wings, pommes and beer. it took more than 20 minutes to get the beer and it was already warm. our food came with the various wings aromen all on a tablet and simply mixed on the tablet. even the person who takes the food off, said this is not normal. we have never eaten plates or every single tablet so over a serviette. the worst part of this meal were the wings and the pommes. everything was cold without even being lukewarm. the wings were dry, hard and cold, and the fries were exactly the same. When I was asked for a manager, I was told, “They are too busy just to hear a complaint.” we spent $50 and I would have had better hair and pommes at mcdonalds. I didn't know this restaurant had taken so much.

Placed an order for 11:40 pickup that was not ready. we received no forks or sauces and when they got all drinks together, eating was cold. Also missing was a diet sodaEdit: the link mentioned in the answer does not exist.
