The sides were reminiscent of a mediocre home-cooked meal. As for the nuggets, they were disappointing—dry and more like small pieces of chicken than actual nuggets, unlike what is depicted in the restaurant's ads. If Boston Market intends to serve nuggets, they definitely need to improve their quality. The cornbread was also not as good as I remembered, and I was surprised to find that a meal now only comes with one side instead of the usual two. The container was labeled for two, and the menu board still indicated two sides, so it seems there was a lack of communication about this change. The atmosphere in the restaurant was particularly uncomfortable as it felt unheated and cold. We were left shivering throughout our meal. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing.
Erin is an outstanding manager at this restaurant, exhibiting professionalism and a customer-focused approach. She prioritizes customer satisfaction and consistently delivers excellent meals at reasonable prices. The establishment is exceptionally well-managed, and Erin serves as a great role model for her staff. I plan to make this restaurant my go-to dinner spot. Keep up the fantastic work, Erin and team!
The hours listed are incorrect. I drove there hoping to grab some food at 9:10 PM, only to find the place closed and dark. I decided to give them two more chances, but both times they disappointed me. When I went to the drive-thru speaker on separate days and at different times, I waited for over three minutes each time without anyone taking my order. No one came to let me know they would be with me shortly or anything. So, I ended up leaving and getting KFC instead.
We loved it here. Today the drink machine was all grounded, false drinks under false names. my brokkoli was cold. the bathrooms were rough, no toilet paper and smells. the workers were pleasant.
Update: just about a month after, still no refund even after finally talking to a store manager.Did an online order almost 2 weeks ago. We went to pick up the food to be told they don't have some of what we ordered. We still were charged for the food we did not receive. The manager told us he would refund us for the food we did not receive. I have called a few times about the refund, but have yet to get a call back. Here we sit 2 weeks later and still no refund.
