Contribuiți la feedbackRestaurant quite average but correct. the service is pretty good and the quality of the dishes ok for a brewery. it is definitely not a gourmet restaurant but it is correct and the quality/price ratio ok also.
Enjoy the stop on the via rhona for a meal under the plane trees. The map is simple, the service too. easy restoration especially with young children. convenient next to the medieval hotel.Pause as possible for a refreshment.
In the area for 10 years, we wanted to discover this hostel for a very long time. we had a rather positive echo overall, even though much less praiseworthy for some time. What disappointment after dinner we took a few days ago. a dinner that, in fact, left traces for a long time since we had great difficulty digesting it. We've all been sick. in good epicure family, we like to take our time in restaurants and do not like to be pressed. Going to the restaurant must remain a pleasure of life. However, the exaggerated long wait for a command and more for the order of our desserts, with the unpleasant feeling of having been forgotten in a corner of the terrace, we quite agaciously agave. About 40 minutes to order desserts. When it's 10:00, it can get tired. More than 2h30 for dinner while the restaurant is very little filled, it is according to us a lack of organisation and rigor in the service. Another black point, the deplorable welcome of the boss (we assume that it was the patroness since she was very often content with taking only the orders and avoiding to wear the dishes!)... it would be appreciable that this lady learns the rudiments of the reception, some formulas of politeness, yet essential to his profession. not a single formula of politeness has been released from his mouth, never a look at the tables, etc. this lady seems to take only the orders or bring drinks and desserts, but forgetting to say the least sentence (e.g. "thank you", "good appetite", etc)!! a contrario, her young waitress, a blonde and smiling girl, was very professional, and tried so well as badly to level the incompetence of her boss. The choice of dishes is thin. a very appreciable "homemade" presage. I think we had a "homemade" thing. the terrines of the trays or plates of charcuterie let him think. Some were delicious, others were good, and others were quite spicy...The hot dishes stayed on the stomach, as some terrines. As for desserts, they were really not terrible (and yet, they were expected to be loodtime !!!!!)... to summarize, the aging setting of this establishment (stairs of the very damaged or even dangerous terraces) and its location on the national (so it is noisy) should be compensated by an irreproachable service and refined cuisine. But it's far from being the sad case. We tried this establishment, and one thing is certain: we advise and will not return.
Dinner on the terrace under the plane trees. very good dishes well presented, local flavor with local products. good value quality price. a little victim of their success in the season, which extends the wait at the end of service. only flats the proximity of the road quite passing. an address I recommend.
Pleasant reception for a lunch on shaded terrace. excellent kitchen, friendly staff. wide choice at very affordable prices. address recommended.
