I ordered a steak with a knife in Spanish accompanied by tagliatelle. Steak haché way large surface tagliatelle insipide ... dessert pear pie revisited. hard fruit with pieces of biscuit nothing transcendent. Probably one of the best restaurants in the city, all dishes are homemade and cooked with justness. We tasted the tagliatelle bar net with chorizo preparation and potato duck magret, everything was delicious. Each dish has its touch of South gastronomy, chorizo, Espelette pepper or others. The restaurant is warm, the manager has been smiling and attentive throughout the meal. We were lacking the muzzle on the table but this one was given to us quickly after asking. The service was very rhythmic, we hardly waited between the dishes. The manager spends time and time asking us if everything's okay. The restaurant has a beautiful wine cellar to accompany the dishes. The manager also owns the wine bar located in front of the restaurant so he knows perfectly the good deals between wines and dishes. To sum up, there is a choice, the dishes are well cooked and generous and the service is well rythmated and pleasant. We recommend this restaurant in Rochefort. Parking: There are parking spaces in the adjacent streets.
